Good bye 23/24!
We close the year…
…With a grand celebration and ongoing construction
On Thursday, June 20th, to kick off the Eurocampus end-of-year celebration, His Excellency Mr. Hellabach and His Excellency Mr. Fieschi placed symbolic objects in a capsule, which they then covered with concrete to officially inaugurate the long-awaited renovation and expansion work of our two schools. The stone crafted by the two ambassadors will be incorporated into the new construction.
A huge party with clowns, games, face painting, napuhanac, tee-pees and much more followed. Cold drinks for the small ones and beer for the grown ups! We set a new standard we’re eager to break next year with more activities and who knows… cocktails maybe!
…Full of success
More stable finances, a consolidated team, better academic conditions for students and teachers for 2024/25, solid and online procedures, and strengthened collaboration with our German partners…
General Assembly
Our General Assembly took place on Friday, June 14th. The French ambassador opened the session, followed by a rich discussion full of successes, challenges, and ideas. We want to thank all participants for their active and positive contributions. It was a delight. Please find here the presentation we shared and the minutes of the meeting.
Summer Day Care
Following parents' requests, we have opened the possibility to enroll on a daily basis during the summer day care in June-July. For more information and to enroll your children, please click here.
Books / Textbooks for 2024/25
Our BookShop is online and ready. Over 30 orders have already been placed. To make our first bulk order, we need to receive your orders by Wednesday, June 26th.
A second bulk order will be organized for currently “Sold out" books: We are in direct contact with our commercial partners to ensure access to the necessary books for the 2024/25 school year and are simultaneously seeking alternatives for books that are currently unavailable on the market. We will communicate by email at the end of August regarding additions and changes when the reprints of "sold out" or alternative books become available.
Contracts
Your contracts are in the process of being distributed. We remind you that it is necessary to have successfully completed the (pre-)registration online procedure, paid the registration fees, and settled any outstanding debts to successfully finalize the contractual procedure.
For your convenience, the contracts are being delivered to you digitally through Yousign, the most widely used eSigning provider in Europe.
We ask you to fill in some data so that we can verify and maintain the integrity of the information in our systems and finally sign. The first responsible person signs first, and the second signs second.
If you meet all the prerequisites to receive your contract and have not yet received it, please check that it is not in your partner's inbox or your spam folder. If all these checks are completed, please contact us as your email could be wrongly informed in our systems. We would like to thank all the families who have successfully signed their contracts for the effective enrollment of their children for the upcoming school year!
Back to School:
We look forward to welcoming you with open arms on Monday, September 2nd at 8 a.m.! (The school calendar for 2024/25 will be published on our website next week)
All that remains is to wish you all a wonderful holiday and a well-deserved rest. Thank you all for your support throughout the year!
