Where am I registering?

The IFSZ uses a software called Skolengo to manage the processes of the school. This is a professional software utilized by most french schools around the globe and that is complaint with all EU, Croatian and French regulations. Information you feed in Skolengo is only accessible to administrative personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Language

Make sure to select the correct language in the home page so your next commucnaitions follwo in your preferred language. For now only English and French are operative

What is my user?

If you are registering a child for the first time then you have to create a new account and your account will be the one you will use for your registration

If you have already one child registered at the IFSZ your user is the mail of the parent that you indicated when joining he school as primary email contact for the primary responsible. Make sure to stick to the same account as you will only then have in one view all your children and benefit from discounts for multiple children enrolled

What is my password?

If you are registering a child for the first time then you have to create a new account and your password will be the one you will create when registering yourself in the portal for the first time

If you have already one child registered at the IFSZ and you have never before logged in to Skolengo or you don’t recall your password you should use the functionality “I have forgotten or I didn’t get my password yet”. Your password will be sent to the email address registered in our systems of the primary care taker.

Why do I have to go through this process?

If you are registering we need to collect all this information to create a valid dossier.

If you are re registering or applying for a second child we need to validate your information and get any update if necessary, but process will be fast and easy as most of the data will be already prefilled for you

What happens when I finish?

Once finished, the dossier will be revised by our team and if accepted you will receive a bill for you to proceed for payment of the registration fees. Two things to remember:

1. Only children having their registration fees paid before March 30th will secure a place next year

2. Discounts for first registrations will only apply to payments done before March 30th
